Pakistan Men’s Cricket Team Home & Away Full Schedule for 2024-25 Season

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed the Pakistan men’s cricket team’s 2024-25 season schedule. Pakistan will have a busy schedule, playing formidable opponents at home and away.

The Men in Green are set to play 4 Test series, which are part of their 2023-25 WTC campaign, along with limited-overs series on foreign soil.

With an exciting season ahead, Pakistan will look to get over their disappointing performance in the 2024 T20 World Cup and get some wins under their wings.

Now let’s look at the Pakistan cricket team’s schedule for the 2024-25 season.

Pakistan vs Bangladesh (August – September 2024)

Pakistan will kick off their 2024-25 home season by hosting Bangladesh for a 2-match Test series. The first Test match will start on August 21 in Rawalpindi, and the second match will begin on August 30 in Karachi.

Pakistan vs England (October 2024)

In October, Pakistan will be up against England in a 3-match Test series. Multan will be decked up to host the first match starting on October 7.

The second Test will start on October 15 in Karachi, while Rawalpindi will host the third Test starting on October 24.

Pakistan vs West Indies (January 2025)

After 3 back-to-back away tours, Pakistan will host the West Indies for a 2-match Test series.

The first Test will start on January 16 in Karachi, while the second match will start on January 24 in Multan.

ODI Tri-Series (February 2025)

Right before the Champions Trophy gets underway, Pakistan will engage in an ODI Tri-Series involving New Zealand and South Africa. The tri-series will have a single round-robin format, with all matches scheduled in Multan.

ICC Champions Trophy 2025 (February – March 2025)

Pakistan are slated to host the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in February and March 2025 on their home soil. Pakistan are the defending champions of the prestigious tournament.

Australia vs Pakistan (November 2024)

Pakistan are set to play 3 consecutive away tours, starting with Australia’s tour for a limited-overs series. Australia will host Pakistan for 3 ODIs and as many T20I matches in November 2024.

The series will start with ODIs, with Melbourne’s MCG hosting the first match on November 4. Adelaide will play host to the second ODI on November 8, and Perth will host the last match on November 10.

Both teams will then clash in the T20I series, with Brisbane playing host to the first game on November 14. The second T20I will be played in Sydney on November 16, and Hobart will host the third game on November 18.

Zimbabwe vs Pakistan (November – December 2024)

Pakistan will make a pitstop in Bulawayo to take on Zimbabwe in a limited-over series. Both teams will engage in 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is.

The first ODI is scheduled for November 24, followed by the second and the third on November 26 and 28, respectively. The first T20I will take place on December 1, with the second and third games scheduled for December 3 and 5, respectively.

South Africa vs Pakistan (December 2024 – January 2025)

After a brief stay in Zimbabwe, Pakistan will fly out to another African country — South Africa — for a multi-format series. The series between South Africa and Pakistan includes 3 T20Is, as many ODIs, and 2 Tests.

The series will kick off in Durban, with the first T20I match scheduled for December 10. Then 2 back-to-back games will follow on December 13 and 14 in Centurion and Johannesburg, respectively.

After the T20I series, Paarl will host the first ODI on December 17, with Cape Town playing host to the second game on December 19 and Johannesburg hosting the third on December 22.

The focus will then shift towards the 2-match Test series. The first Test match will start on Boxing Day on December 26, 2024, and the second Test will begin in the new year on January 3, 2025.
