England Men’s & Women’s Cricket Team: 2025 Home Season Schedule
Here is the complete schedule for the England men’s and women’s cricket teams for the 2025 home summer schedule.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) unveiled the much anticipated 2025 home season schedule for both England men’s and women’s teams.
Both teams will be up against formidable opponents in what promises to be a thrilling 2025 summer at home.
Here’s a sneak peek into England’s 2025 home season schedule.
England Women’s Team 2025 Home Schedule

England Women vs West Indies Women (May-June 2025)
The England women’s cricket team will play the opening match of the 2025 home season. They will take on the West Indies women in 3 T20Is and as many ODIs.
The T20I series starts on May 21, with Canterbury hosting the first game, followed by the second in Hove on May 23, and the third in Chelmsford on May 26.
4 days later, the ODI series will start, with Derby staging the first match on May 30. The second ODI will be played in Leicester on June 4, while the third match will take place in Taunton on June 7.
England Women vs India Women (June-July 2025)
The women’s series will run parallel to that of the men’s series. England women and India women will lock horns in 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs.
The series will get underway in Nottingham, with the first T20I scheduled for June 28. Bristol will host the second game on July 1, while The Oval will host the third T20I on July 4. The fourth match will take place in Manchester on July 9, and the fifth will take place in Edgbaston on July 12.
A 3-match ODI series will follow soon, with Southampton staging the first match on July 16. The second match will be played at the Lord’s on July 19, while Durham will host England women’s last home game on July 12.

England vs Zimbabwe (May 2025)
The England men’s cricket team kick starts their home season on May 22, hosting Zimbabwe for a 4-day Test match. It will be a historic Test match as they face off in the red-ball format after 21 years.
England vs West Indies (May-June 2025)
The West Indies men will tag along with their women’s team for a limited-overs series against England. The series will involve 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is spanned across 2 weeks.
Birmingham will play host to the first ODI on May 29, with Cardiff and The Oval hosting the second and third games on June 1 and 3, respectively.
The first T20I match will take place in Durham on June 6, followed by the second match in Bristol on June 6, and the third match in Southampton on June 10.
England vs India (June-August 2025)
England will then host India for a mouth-watering 5-match Test series. Headingley will host the series opener starting from June 20 onwards.
The second Test will take place at Edgbaston from July 2. The action will move to the ‘Home of Cricket’ for the third Test starting from July 10.
Following a week-long break, Old Trafford will host the fourth match from July 23. The Oval will stage the fifth and last Test beginning on July 31.
England vs South Africa (September 2025)
After a month’s gap, international cricket will resume with a limited-overs series against South Africa. The series involves 3 ODIs and as many T20Is.
Headingley will host the first ODI match on September 2. The Lord’s will stage the second match scheduled for September 4, while Southampton will host the third match on September 7.
The focus will then shift to T20Is, with Cardiff hosting the first game on September 10. The second T20I will take place at Old Trafford, while the third match will draw curtains on England’s home season on September 14.
